Senior Sales Consultant

Create dynamic and inspiring modern workspaces by designing innovative and bespoke furniture solutions.

From custom furniture design and joinery to complete workplace packages, we work with a wide network of architects, designers and industry partners to transform spaces and help our clients work smarter.

We’re seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join a growing team. Ideally, you will currently be working within the industry, and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an external sale role with a solid understanding of the office furniture fit-out market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships that lead to sales.
  • Presentations to the A&D community, Government Agencies and Corporate clients. Creating quotes, tenders & presentations for clients.
  • Working within our team to produce the best outcomes for our clients.
  • Being responsible for, and managing your own projects, including all aspects related to estimating, sales, ordering, logistics and delivery.
  • Staying up to date with the growing range of products.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and contributing to the development of our product range.
  • Establishing and maintaining a customer database.
  • Enhance customer and company business relationships by responding to and resolving service issues raised by customers.
  • Attending networking functions and events with the view of building rapport with new and existing clients.
  • Attend site walk-throughs with clients on their projects, as required.
  • Attend pre-site inspections, site measures, and JSA’s.
  • Contributing to a fun and energetic team culture.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A track record of business development success in the commercial furniture industry.
  • Must have the ability to cold call & generate new business.
  • Strong, flexible & adaptable business development style.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal An ability to work within a close-knit team environment
  • A high level of hunger and enthusiasm for sales, project management & project delivery.
  • You must be personable with strong drive & persistence
  • Ability to suggest and provide feedback on the company’s sales, marketing plans and strategies.
  • Strong business acumen
