Ours is a young, energetic team with extensive project management experience and a solid network of brands and partners, which allows us to push the boundaries and deliver high-quality, tailored products on time and within budget. We specialize in commercial furniture design and joinery for workplace, government, education and hospitality, but our diverse expertise and established industry connections means we’re equipped to take on projects of any scope across a broad range of sectors.

Create Workspace might be a young company, but its founders have more than 30 years’ industry experience between them, so we’re old hat at delivering complete commercial furniture solutions Australia wide. We pride ourselves on a diverse body of work and a deep understanding of all stages of the process from initial briefing right through to final handover.
LUKE SHEPPARD
With more than 20 years’ experience in the industry, Luke is a commercial furniture solutions specialist! His expertise covers a diverse range of projects across the commercial sector including multi-level initiatives, highly refined bespoke applications, as well as not for profit agencies. During this time his experience has equipped him with a strong background in a variety of services – including fabric and flooring to furniture and custom joinery. Each project is developed with thought and consideration in mind to achieve the ideal outcome for his clients, including estimating, manufacturing, workplace strategy and project delivery. Luke founded Create Workspace after identifying a gap in the market where he believed a more collaborative approach to workplace design and delivery was crucial to achieving a high-level result. He is passionate, intelligent, creative, and not afraid to push the boundaries of the traditional workplace.
JASON MARTON
Jason started in this industry over 20 years ago, working within multiple sectors, across multiple countries. Most notably Jason worked closely with the designer and builder to successfully deliver and install a workspace project with offices in both Sydney and New Zealand. The scope included over 1000 workstations, custom joinery and a ton of loose furniture! His showcase of project experience has built a strong foundation, encompassing the collaborative end to end project delivery for his clients. Jason brings true passion and excitement to each Create Workspace project he touches, and believes superior attention to detail is vital to capture the complete understanding of a project. This paired with his notable Project Management experience makes him an ideal solutions professional.
