At 226 Flinders Lane, Create Workspace was proud to collaborate with McCormack and Studio 103 to furnish two new speculative suites across Levels 2 and 3. Set within a century-old building recently repositioned for the modern workplace, the project demanded a furniture layer that balanced contemporary function with the site’s rich heritage character.
Inspired by Flinders Lane’s industrial past, Studio 103 crafted a minimalist, textural palette—industrial lighting, natural stone, warm timbers, and soft neutrals. Our role was to curate and supply furniture that seamlessly integrated with this vision: sculptural forms, refined curves, and tactile finishes that elevate the interior without overpowering its original architecture.
