KBR’s new workplace at 180 Lonsdale Street has been thoughtfully designed by Merit Interiors to foster collaboration, employee wellbeing, and connection across two expansive floors. Inspired by the essence and cultural significance of Melbourne, the aesthetic, finishes, and overall experience of the 2700sqm space have been crafted to embody the city’s history and vibrant spirit. Designed to support everything from team meetings to social events, the central hub offers a range of functionalities without interrupting daily operations. Within the workspace, flexible areas accommodate focused work and informal interactions, while workstations are positioned to maximise natural light and city views.
