Client Brief
Comprising four individual tenancies across four floors, each with a unique identity that spoke to a different theme and identity. Right in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, with stunning views of the city skyline 263 William was the perfect setting for these modern work spaces. Deep rich greens and tans were used in the upholstery alongside soft dove greys, and black powdercoat accents. Light and dark scheme timber elements are also present giving each space a warm inviting touch.
