Client Brief
L1, 103 Lonsdale Street is a pocket-sized space, full of light and packing plenty of punch! Studio 103 used the timeless architectural elements of the building, including exposed bricks & expansive loft-style windows, to create a design focused on creating a light, bright & dynamic workspace. Through our use of light timbers, soft pastel fabrics and bright white powdercoat finishes, we were able to compliment the design and bring warmth to this New York studio style space.
